One Day Muscle Building Blast

This One Day Muscle Building Blast is a fast, short, one day muscle building method that will without a doubt blast your muscles into immediate growth, but like the saying goes, its going to get worse before it gets better. This takes one day and puts an entire focus on one muscle group.
Setup:
First of all, this is a One Day Muscle Blitz, you have to plan ahead and set out one whole day for this. You will obviously need to be off of work and at home all day so you can completely focus on this. You are going to need 12 full hours in the day for this workout. You will basically be working out a few minutes per hour on the day of this workout. Now this doesnt take much of your time, but it does confine you to the house for a whole day, but it is definitely worth it.
The Workout
Were going to use the biceps as our example. Time to get to work. Every hour, on the hour, you need to do 3 sets of 6-8 reps of a simple exercise. You could do standing, double bicep curl. You just need to do an exercise that is basic and general and allows for the most weight and employs stabilizing and synergistic muscles to complete the lift. You need to rest about three minutes between sets and on every half hour, do three sets of 10-12 reps of a specific exercise that mainly focuses on the muscle being worked. An example of this for the biceps would be a bent over one arm dumbbell curl. Make sure that all of the emphasis is on the muscle worked. You need to rest 1-2 minutes between this type of set.
Fuel
Eat light and take in about 30-40 grams of a complete protein every three hours. You wont really have the time to eat a heavy sit down meal during this 12 hour period, but you will need to keep your protein high. I recommend consuming a high quality whey protein shake for your protein intake. You also need to keep your carbohydrates stocked. Make sure to eat small meals with enough carbs to keep your body fueled. Your body is going to need these carbs to keep it fueled and it will need the protein to keep the muscles repaired.
So the truth is, you will be working out every 30 minutes. A little past the halfway point, your muscles will be exhausted. Keep in mind that this is so much better to do at home rather than at a public gym, unless you live next door to said gym. You can come up with your own exercises for the different muscles you will be working on. Just focus on one muscle group per day, and only do this type of workout one day per month, because this one day muscle blast puts such a strain on your body, it cant handle it very often.About the Author:
