Heat a medium size pan with 1 tablespoons of tallow over medium heat Now put ready cut small pieces of carrot in to the pan fry it for 3 minutes and remove them from pan.
Now sprinkle paprika over the chicken piece , put the meat in the pan add 3 table spoon of tallow in the pan, and cook 5 minutes on each side of meat, you can cook it further if you like more cooked. Once you see meat is ready as you like, remove it from the pan.
Now, break the eggs into the pan and put 1 table spoon of tallow in to the pan, now cook them good up to the time you can see the whites transparency is no more.
When eggs are ready, serve with the chicken steak and fried carrots.
