You should also ensure that the set up that you have behind you that shows on the video looks authentic and not too overdone. A plain white backdrop is the standard way to go and this allows your viewers to focus solely on you and not whatever is behind you. Also, even though the video may be slightly scripted, feel free to improvise slightly and add a little bit extra of your own in wherever you feel appropriate. This way, you will look more natural as nobody likes to sit and watch someone explaining something to them when it looks as though they are reading from a card!

Keep the video that you produce short and sweet at all times. Include all of the relevant information that you want to get across to your viewers but do not cram them with all of the unimportant facts that they do not necessarily need. Last but by no means least, always finish the video with a proper ending and tell the viewers what they should do next such as "go to the website and get the help that you need today". A call to action makes the reader feel more as though they are communicating with you and this should serve you well.
