Only A Few Philadelphia Real Estate Agents Receive The 5-star Award From Philadelphia Magazine

agents practicing exclusive buyer agency, was recently awarded Philadelphia Magazines 5-Star Realtor Award for the third straight year.

Most Philadelphia real estate agents work on both sides of the transactionsometimes even the same transaction. There are very few Philadelphia real estate agents who specialize in buyers. And there are only a few Philadelphia real estate agents who have ever been awarded the 5-Star Realtor designation. So Sage is honored to have an agent with such a distinction.

The 5-Star award is based on surveys of home buyers done by an independent third party. The research team applies a vigorous research and evaluation process to identify service professionals who provide quality service to clients. The methodology allows no more than 7% of real estate agents in a given market to qualify for the Five Star Award. The research also includes feedback from industry peers and leaders, and a regulatory review. Agents with any history of violations or ethical issues are not accepted.

Buyers responded to questions about the service, the integrity and the overall experience of their agent. Only a very few Philadelphia real estate agents can claim their clients nominate them year after year. Linda Walters, owner of Sage Realty, is one.
