5) Discrimination free : Now this is obvious, license for open source development should not contain any clause with regards to discrimination for its use among people or group.

6) No discrimination on its use : Open source development platform should be allowed for use in any direction whether it is business or any other field.

7) License distribution : Right of use for the open source development automatically applies to all those to whom it is redistributed without any licensing.

8) No product specific license : If the program developed using open source development platform is distributed along with some other program then the terms of the programs license will apply to the application.

9) Completely free use of other software : License must not restrict other software in any form from being used with the open source development platform.

10) Technology-neutral license : It should not influence any technology or individual style of interface.
