Having a burning desire and a vision in order to get to your success is only the first part of the actual journey along with having your imagination open to make your desires become a reality. Your desire and your imagination of being successful is only the first step in order to get to your wealth, success, happiness and to the life style that you dream of living.

Having the imagination is the initial part of setting your plan for success up because it gives you the initial direction of where you would like to go in your life. The next step involves your organized planning of how you are going to get to your goals. When you are going through your organized planning you build a strategy and a plan of action in how you are going to make your dreams and desire in your imagination come into your real life.

This is where the journey really begins! You will probably have to change you plan to get to your dreams a few times because some of the most successful people failed a number of times and tweaked their strategy until they found what they had to do in order to get to what they wanted.

People who get frustrated and upset when their initial plan does not work are the people who end up never seeing their success in the first place because they end up quitting. This is where the quote above by Napoleon Hill comes into play. People who give up never get a chance to see their goals because they give up too easily and they are afraid to rethink and revise their path to success when they find that their initial plan did not work all the way and as a result they never see their goals because they quit.

People who are open to altering and revising their plans are the people who do end up getting to their dreams and success because they have the mental toughness to never quit. This is why winners are never quitters because they will do what ever it takes to stay hungry for their wealth and achievements even if they have to take the extra time in order to revise their plan to success multiple times.

Winners are also never afraid of defeat because they realize that not ever attempt they make in their plan to success will work. They know that life is not easy all the way and challenges do happen where they will feel like they have been defeated. But a true leader and a winner has the courage and the true burning desire in order to continue and win the battle.

Thomas Edison went through many of failures and he was defeated many times by his failed inventions before he became successful and wealthy by developing the light bulb and electricity and light as we know it today. If he would have quit and let the defeat end his campaign then he would be homeless and we would be a lot further behind in our modern era without light and electricity as we know it today.
