Overcoming anxiety what's the best anxiety book

?

So what is the best anxiety book? There are many books on the market on this subject so how can we choose the best anxiety book for overcoming anxiety.

There is, however, an outstanding book, one which is remarkably helpful.

For me this anxiety book has stood the test of time.

I have viewed the book from the perspective of both a sufferer and a therapist working with sufferers of anxiety.

I came across this book by happy coincidence.

I spent a desperate period searching for an effective book to help me overcome severe anxiety.

Looking back I realise how lucky I was to discover this book.

It instantly gave me hope, an understanding of anxiety, a simple technique to follow and a way out of the problem.

So what is this overcoming anxiety book? It is 'Self Help for your Nerves' by Dr. Claire Weekes.

What else would make me rate this book so highly?

This is the type of anxiety book which you will find yourself wanting to read and re-read again and again.

It also removes the sense of isolation that can come from suffering in a state of anxiety.

It provides a sincere sense of support through its authentic approach.

The unique angle of this book and its strong element of integrity rate it high above its paper peers.

Along with this empathetic understanding of anxiety, Weekes' book is practical in its usage and easy to apply.

There's a sense of being guided by a caring and knowing hand as you read through this book. You don't feel alone in the process of overcoming your anxiety.

What's also excellent about this book is how you can return to it by dipping into random sections as and when you feel like it. There's always knowledge to be brought away, even from re-reading certain parts.

I believe this book details and explains an anxious state better than any other overcoming anxiety book that I have read.

It describes how anxiety is so easy to suffer from.

But as well as detailing the problem it provides simple, yet very effective, techniques to help you overcome anxiety.

She also gives a wonderful explanation of the more advanced forms of nervous illness and explains that it can be overcome.

Having worked as a therapist over the years, I've read a vast amount of books numbering in the hundreds.

Claire Weekes' anxiety book has helped and inspired so many to overcome anxiety.

So years and books later, I've found my opinion and regard for Weekes' book to remain unchanged. "Self Help for your Nerves" remains one of the top books in its field.
