DVDs for the program also include combinations of pressing, curling, and fly movements for shoulders and arms.

The cycle of the p90x program continues for 13 weeks, six days per week. There are three rotations, named as classic, lean and doubles.

The user requires some basic equipment to make the best of P90X workout. One must have resistance bands, dumbbells, pull-up bar and exercise mat for strength training exercises. Yoga blocks are required for Yoga exercises.
