With the introduction of this sleek and high performance device XPS M1330 and XPS M1530 notebooks, the company received the much needed attention and was praised for their looks and the light weight that it now has. They have also offered eight color options on this range of Dell Laptops. In addition you can also have four new patterns with inlaid mold designs which avoid any risk of the design coming off.

The screen of the Dell Inspiron 1525 is a matte finish of 15.4 inch wide screen XGA 1280 x 800, and TruleLife or a 15.4 inches high resolution 1440 x 900 glossy widescreen display. The device has a flawless look while viewing from horizontal angle or straight. The upper viewing too is good. The Dell Inspiron have given this device a keyboard similar to the 1520, and is quite firm and does not flex, the keys come with great travel and cushion. If we look at the touchpad surface it is a great design and comes with a palm rest surface. Even the touchpad buttons have great travel and cushion with dedicated scroll and good textured feel to it.

You will find a series of touch-sensitive media buttons with backlights being blue for the LED are position above the keyboard. The Dell Laptops have come out with a great feature that is the blue LEDs light only for a fraction of a second and so you do not get distracted if it had stayed lit all the time. The Dell 1525 port is fairly good for a laptop of this size. The speakers of the Dell inspiron 1525 are located at the top of the keyboard and are loud enough with quite clear audio and good sound quality. The laptop is meant for a mainstream buyer who is in need for a good multimedia with productivity features from the notebook.
