A paradigm can be thought of as a collection of habits.Imagine all those things that you do subconsciously,such as getting dressed and the majority of the time you drive your the car.When presented with a new challenge there is the feeling that it can't be done because of this programming.

Paradigms are formed from birth onwards when the subconcscious mind is wide open..The ideas,fears and hopes of a person's parents and grand-parents are fed into the baby's mind.School discipline and figures of authority influence a person's thinking from a later stage in life.These mental barriers must be overcome if new and difficult challenges and situations are to be met and beaten.

Old and disabling paradigms can be overcome by having a single purpose that is greater than the old habits.Visualise with feeling the new goal to establish new beliefs in the subconscious mind.This needs to done with repetition preferably two to three times a day.This can be achieved with regular practise within a thirty to ninety day period.
