In a pan, boil your chosen variety of pasta noodles or you can make your own pasta noodles by using a pasta die easily available in the market. The quantity of water and noodles should be optimum enough.
While pasta is heating up, you can cut the tofu in the particular size. Choose small size and in the perfect shape to add into the boiled noodles.
Inset the tofu into the boiling noodles. Make sure the noodle cluster will not stick to the bottom of pan and opens the cluster very delicately.
When noodles are about to boil up, you can add a packet of soup base available easily in the market. Stir the mixture on a low beam and stir till it becomes thick and solution gets easily dissolved into it.
You can also add the sheets of seaweed and add into the mixture to improve its taste. Continue stirring otherwise the mixture gets stick at the bottom.
You can also add vegetables (boiled) into the mixture and make sure everything gets mixed up properly. You can add spices and sauces as well.
When everything gets mixed properly, serve the pasta into bowls hot!
