Paul Biane is the Chairman of Inland Economic Recovery Corporation
Paul Biane grew up in Alta Lama and received his bachelor's degree from Damien High School. He then studied in University of San Diego and earned his Business Degree. He served as a President of the Inland Empire League of Cities from 1998 to 1999 and as a Chairman of the Board of Supervisors from 2006 to 2008. In 2002, he was elected as Supervisor in the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors. Paul is a family man and resides at Alta Lama. He made continuous attempts towards the development of the Second district.
He has made every possible effort to improve the standard of living of the residents. Paul Biane brought major new employers such as Mohawk Carpets to offer attractive employment opportunities. He also played a major role in the opening of the West End Employment and Business Resource Center. This center focuses on the business investment and expansion. He also organized training sessions and workshops for the residents.
Paul Biane worked towards the protection of the environment and created and improved various local parks and little league parks. Under his leadership, Tree Grant partnered with Second district to receive grant to plant nearly 400 trees. He believes in overall development of the community and that cannot be completed without providing protection in the neighborhood. He increased the number of Deputy Sheriffs and secured funds to build a new Sheriff's station in the North End of Rancho Cucamonga. Paul Biane, Supervisor also secured funds to purchase surveillance camera and GPS devices to easily identify and catch illegal dumpers.
Paul Biane is a businessman with an extensive knowledge in finance. Under his supervision, San Bernardino County received an A-1 rating for sound management from Moody which provides one of the best ratings in California.
