The Penny Stock Prophet was a strategy developed by James Connelly, aka the Penny Stock Prophet, when he was only a nineteen year old student.

The strategy certainly has an element of risk but it is first and foremost trading on the stock market, which to some people is just another form of gambling, so it is true to say that if you are not able to accept a small amount of risk then this is definitely not the program for you.
