It lets the affiliation add more affiliations under it and therefore multiplying the total sales. As the number of affiliations increases it further increases the potential for sales. This is an advanced feature only about multi tier affiliation as in single tier one doesn't makes profits if there's no sale.

Two tier pharmacy affiliates program work on a two tier payment procedure. It means one gets him payment in two places when he sells himself and when his affiliate sells the drugs. The two tier affiliate program also has certain advantages such as you can always link yourself with other websites selling the same product, freedom to recruit the 2nd affiliate under you, good payment commission amounts, etc.

An affiliation is a program through which one can easily start earning online. The investments costs, creation and development cost are always essential in starting a business which is not required in an affiliation program.
