This is the Zodiac Sign that depicts a group of fish that cannot slip the golden cord that binds their tails. It looks like they are joined by a ribbon of softly glowing stars. It is not unlike the ancients to put more into their story than is possible. It looks like one of the fish that is joined with the ribbon is trying to dart west towards the stream of water that is spilling from Aquarius' jar. Then his brother is trying to go north.
