The Pittsburgh Steelers Toys for Tots Drive is December 6. December 7 is the Carson Scholars Fund Auction. On December 8, Pittsburgh Steelers players will host a toy drive. Dazzle & Denim for Sickle Cell will be on December 14. A book reading by Jerome Bettis will be on December 17 and Deans Women's 202 Event is scheduled for December 18.

Sunday's loss to the Ravens marks something of an unexpected losing streak for these fantastic football players. Games against the Bengals and Chiefs were also losses for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Taking a glimpse back to the start of the 2009 season for the team, there's no question that winning has been the objective and the outcome for the majority of the games whether at home or away. The team has a few days to bolster up defenses and get mindsets back on the winning track. The seating capacity of Heinz Field is 65,050 with 7,300 additional seating options in club areas and 1,544 seats in 129 luxury suites.

There are 24 women's, 24 men's and 8 family restrooms, 47 concession stands, 15 novelty stands and 7 team stores at Heinz Field, offering a little bit of something for everyone; even those with the most discriminating of tastes. When you come to Heinz Field to enjoy a Pittsburgh Steelers game, gone are the days of plain old football with a hotdog, unless that's how you like it. This venue has 400 televisions that are linked to the main scoreboard, 2 video walls and a scoreboard video display that expands to an enormous 96 feet by 27 feet.

The playing surface is natural grass; 2.04 acres of it to be precise and for those who want to be close enough to the action to hear the helmets crunch, the sideline is just 60 feet from the first row spectator seats.
