Types of Planetary Mixer
Single Blade Planetary Mixer
The single blade
planetary mixer comprises a bowl and a blade that rotates in a planetary motion in such a way that it visits all parts of the vessel.
Double Planetary Mixer
Also referred to as twin shaft mixer in which the shafts rotate around a sun gear. The blades are simple rectangular "gate" blades that are at ninety degrees from each other. In fact the paths of the blades interconnect and go by the tank wall. This high torque, low speed mixers mix thick ingredients into a homogenous product.
Lab Planetary Mixer
Used for R&D and pilot operation purpose. The minimum volume being 5 liters models upto 50 litres and is produced under our lab mixer range.
