Before making career plan, make a list of questions about future career:

1.Can a prospective job give good career prospects?

2.Can it give a financial reward?

3.Can it coincide with a hobby?

4.Is there a high competition in this field?

5.What happens if the job requires frequent business trips?

6.Will there be a lot of stress?

Answer these questions carefully before making a decision. An applicant may also extend this list of questions relying on his/her previous experience. When one has got it clear, he/she can get down to intensive work.

Venture and act

No matter what position an employee takes up, he/she should never take his/her accomplishments for granted. Never stay outside of a working process. Assessing skills helps to understand what amount of work an employee can cope with. It is essential to feel comfortable at work.
