"In my administration," said the mayor, "we work to provide the quality of life for Playa del Carmen's residents, building more and better roads." MLS listings will show that the Playa del Carmen real estate market has grown at a surprising rate during the last eight years; the municipality is the fastest growing in the country and in Latin America, which has led to a demand for more and better public services, for which all three levels of government have shown a commitment to provide investment.
