Logo Designer: This person is responsible for creating business brand images. Usually graphic artists will apply different text and graphic techniques to make a sharp finished product. The goal of a logo designer is to find an image and/or slogan that most represents what a company stands for.

Web Designer: A person who creates the pages of a website, including the layout of the pages, usually works in this position. They may also be called a publisher because they take on publishing responsibilities, such as uploading web pages to a server or installing CGI scripts.

Multimedia Designer: This designer is employed in an entry-level position at a film studio, television station, or advertising agency. They may also be responsible for designing graphics for educational videos.

Photographer: This form of natural and technical creativity is used away from the computer. It involves being on location, setting the light just right, and shooting from the right angles. It also involves the proper amount of focus and making sure the camera is stable. Good photographers will experiment with taking unusual shots of ordinary items. Believe it or not, professional photographers took pictures of toilet handles and other inanimate objects at times in their lives. Taking professional photos may require you travel.

Creative Art Director: This person is in charge of making sure everything is done right. They oversee and coordinate all actions pertaining to the production graphics as well as anything relevant to publication.

Layout Artist: This person arranges the way graphics and articles are placed on a page. It requires creativity and it also requires knowledge of desktop publishing programs.

Flash Designer: Working in this type of occupation requires professional knowledge of Flash multimedia. Programs such as Adobe flash provide new challenges for web designers. It now takes a person programming Flash full-time in some cases to place video, audio, and a combination of both on websites.

Brand Identity Design: This job is given to an advertisement agency. If it is a large company, they will usually employee a large advertising staff. They are responsible for establishing a companys brand through creating ad campaigns that are unforgettable.

This position usually involves creating logos, slogans, and memorable commercial tunes. However, a brand identity is also established via a registered trademark, which sometimes originates as the name of a sole proprietor. It is not uncommon for major corporations to own hundreds of different brand names. These brands are established and registered by effective promotion campaigns. Designers in charge of identity branding ensure that people will return to a particular website as well. The logo and brand name of a specific company is usually placed on all the pages of a site.
