Harmony comes from reading fine spiritual books, inspirational stories, yoga, and meditation. The desire for the soul is towards its home, towards the god. Music too elevates but the result is temporary.

For a lot of people finding peace of mind is intimately connected with a sacred quest, others discover it through material exercises which bring leisure and a peaceful inner state. Prayers help too. Serving & helping people is forever good. We have to understand that most events are just not worth worrying concerning or being pain about. In our efforts to get inner peace, we must NOT do the most unmerciful things.

Not hurt others. Instead, practice forgiveness. Inner peace is a gift you can provide to others and to yourself. Always aim to fill your mind with feelings of peace & true care for the Lord, and it will lead you to inner peace

Prayer is connected to purity of spirit. As we forgive and forget others, divinity always forgives us. Mercy is one of the warm parts of love since it is one of the most difficult to give. But anger is devastating to prayer. The prayers of kids are tremendously powerful. Their faith is pure.

Meditate on peace, once a day. Fill your mind with thoughts of peace, and it will direct you toward peace. If you need help with such thoughts, to help you on your journey of peace.

Countries go to war, repeatedly quoting peace as the cause. We must understand peace is a journey, not a conclusion. Yet, in our hard work to get peace
