Wrap a bandage around your belly while you lye down and lace it up according to your belly volume. Pregnant woman should not wear tight pants that squeeze the body, trousers, shorts or tights can be worn instead. The common concern of pregnant woman is their figure. They can wear fashionable clothes that suit them.
Feet: During pregnancy, you can have pedicure done a few times. This helps you in more than one ways. It forces you to put your feet up once in a while and also takes off the stress of your legs. With pedicure you can get a great foot massage and thus revitalizing your tired bones.

hormones undergo a major change during the time of pregnancy. One of such changes is that the hair becomes stronger and looks thicker and healthier. At such a time you can style your hair in any way you like. Get an easy haircut, such that it does not take too much effort to maintain it and would also look good on you.
Sleep: The baby growing in you needs proper care, which is why it is necessary to nurture yourself and get as much sleep as you can. This will not only help you refresh yourself but also help you look your best in these nine months.
Diet: During pregnancy try to eat healthy as much as you possibly can. It is very important not to stop exercising during your pregnancy. This not only keeps you in shape, but also keeps the fetus healthy.
The most important point to remember is to keep a positive attitude. People around you will be very happy about your pregnancy and might say or do something inappropriate.
