Don't you think it's amazing how much "discussion" there is out there about the Prescription HCG diet? I find myself continuing to be amazed. And I've experienced just how amazing it is myself. The results are just out of this world. I've never seen anything like it. So far on the Prescription HCG Diet I've dropped from 171 pounds (first day weigh in) to 153 pounds.

And that's what the scale said this morning when I weighed in...153 pounds. Wahoo! That's another pound down. And if you're keeping track of a total weight loss...that's 18 pounds lost in 21 days. That's what I call significant weight loss.

Here are some of the things I've discovered that I can be really quite good at: controlling my portion sizes, cooking healthy meals, cooking quick meals that aren't picked up in a drive thru, eating healthy snacks, avoiding common heart failure inducements like Pringles, Cheez Its and burgers. Who knew? If you can't tell...I'm pretty happy with my weight loss. But I'm even happier that I am now a more healthy person!

I've always meant to be a healthier person, but it never quite happened. And now I feel like the Prescription HCG Diet protocol has put me in a healthy place. And it's put me in a healthy place in a way that I can manage for the long term.

After I recorded my weight, I gave myself my Prescription HCG injection and took my B-Total. I had leftover soup for lunch with Melba Toasts and some grapefruit. For dinner I had strawberries, Melba Toasts and chicken. I added Vanilla Stevia to the strawberries just for kicks and I can now tell you that it's easy to overdo the Stevia. The whole one to two drops is LITERAL. Don't put any more than that. It's not good. And now we both know. If you put too much Stevia on it, it will not taste good. You only need an itsy bitsy bit to get a great, sweet flavor addition.
