In the current scenario, if we have to maintain either indidividual or group relationship,

one should have the source of income to meet the aspirations of the families, in the first instance and the society comes next in that the society will cold shoulder us in case we have no means of equipping ourselves with the latest societal trend.

For instance, when the school organises a foreign trip, say Singapore, naturally every student loves to be a part of the trip. As is evident, all the students cannot opt for this pleasure jaunt due to their parents economic condition. The less fortunate students pester their parents to cough up the amount required for the trip. In order not to disappoint his/her ward, the parents accede to their request. If, for any reason, the parents decline the request, the relationship will be strained between the student and the parent and at times, the student revenges against their parents by committing suicide which is, of course, a very pathetic. It can be seen from this that though there are many factors chipping in for the derailment of the relationship, in this specific case, it is money which spoils the relationship between two individuals irrespective of the circumstances.

The relationship is also related to the individual's personal conduct with the neighbours, office colleagues, classmates et al. One has to to be very polished in their conversation with others lest they do not hurt the feelings of others despite their financial position. One has to inculcate the habit of talking soothingly so that the other person feels like talking to him as his real friend. This is where the relationship matters a lot.

We come across many people who maintain their individual and family relationship till the end of their lives irrespective of minor skirmishes which are quite negligible. There are many benefits by continuing the relationship throughout for the relationship saves a friend, relative or any close individual in times of medical emergeny or family disputes which can be solved amicably.

The relationship, apart from between the individuals, relatives et al, the Banking, Insurance and other Sector appoints a RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE in order to retain the relationship of the customers with the respective agencies. On the same lines, the Companiies recruit a PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER to maintain the relationship with the shareholders of the company in the event of any untoward incident concerning the company.
