Microsoft Corporation is an American multinational corporation which develops and sells Windows operating systems

. Microsoft Windows is developed for both computers as well as for mobile phones called as windows phones. But a large number of people are facing problem while using windows on mobile phones. In last few months a large number of Samsung Omnia 7 and Samsung Focus smartphones got smashed up while updating of the windows software. Even the firmware of the phone also got corrupted. In some cases the phones got so damaged that they become completely useless. After this the only thing the customer can do is to go to the customer care and claim the 100% warranty.

In case report of Samsung shows that their phones are present in the market with different versions of firmware. In some cases it becomes very-very difficult to find the version of firmware for your phone in the first attempt. In most of the versions the windows update got partially failed and also in some versions it is working properly. But in some versions it got drastically failed. There is information available that Microsoft is taking effective steps to fix the update problem.

Beside all this, there also news that the carriers are exercising their rights to block the windows update in their phone. But this exercising of rights is also questionable that if it is right or wrong. Even here in this condition the OEMs do not have any procedure to block the updates to solve this problem.

Even the Microsoft couldnt have tested the updates before releasing them. Here we cant say whether the Microsoft is responsible or Samsung is responsible but big suffering is only for the customers. If we check the history Microsoft has been blamed many times in these cases but the reputation of Samsung is not so bad in this respect.

In many parts of the world such as Singapore, windows phones are not so popular. Microsoft windows are only famous in desktops. But overall we can say Microsoft is facing a very big competition against the mast popular iPhone series and the latest android market.

It is well known to all that the universal patching and robustness of the Microsoft is the biggest advantage over the android. But only piquing has happened over this series of instances. It also has the problem of high spikes in data usage.

These things happened repeatedly due to the sandy bridge failure of the Intel and problem in Microsoft update. Recently the combination of Nokia and Microsoft has led to the unsurely of deliverable success.
