Procedures Before Ball Mill Export
Repeated inspection process raise higher requirement to ball mill production, and now lets talk about it one by one.
1, Delivery inspection: each ball must be approved by delivery inspection, and accompanied by certificate.
2, Delivery inspection items: delivery inspection must follow the rules below:
A, basic requirements for ceramic ball mill: should be consistent with the GB / T14253 regulations
B, safety and health: the ball mill rotating part should be solid, reliable and safe. The parts that may affect people safety should adopt corresponding safety measures; ball mill operation should be of no abnormal noise; no-load test noise should be lower than the specified.
C, electrical equipment should comply with relevant standards.
D, performance requirements: ball mill should be kept stable rotation and flexible operation, reliable sealing performance, no loose phenomenon in each successive piece. No-load operation must be operated more than 2h and satisfy the requirement: normal operation; no leakage in gearbox main bearing; balanced running and no obvious vibration phenomenon;
E, load test (only after qualified no-load test) must be operated more than 12h and satisfy: work balance, no obvious vibration phenomenon; no leakage in gearbox main bearing; point temperature measuring is below 80 Celsius degrees in ball mill main bearing, temperature rises should be kept within 40 Celsius degrees; no loose phenomenon between fasteners.
F, ball mill should be installed stop positioning device, especially for whose cylinder body inner diameter is larger than 2700mm.
G, service life of complete machine and the main components should accord to the rulers strictly.
3, Type Inspection
Type Inspection should be carried out if only any of the following circumstances:
A, new or old test pattern evaluation products in transferred factory;
B, product performance may be affected by bigger change in the structure, material, technology after formal production;
C, restore production after more than a year stopping;
D, big difference between delivery inspection results and the last type inspection;
E, national quality supervision mechanism put forward type inspection requirements;
F, 1 to 2 should be tested when cumulative production of 100.
4, Type inspection items:
Test items should be according to the above mentioned items. Ceramic ball mill product quality evaluation adopts all-targets-achieved method which asks that: products would be classified unqualified if the main technical parameters of ball mill do not meet the above requirements; or the other technical inspection items cannot be up to the standard after repairing or adjusting.
