Noida, September 24, 2012: Gaursons India Limited organised a Property Utsav at Gaur City, Noida Extension, from September 22 to September 23, 2012. The property fair, which showcased properties of Gaursons India and Saviour Builders Pvt Ltd, was attended by over 6000 people.
Gaur City's 12th avenue was launched with 500 flats and rates are between Rs 3200 sq.ft and Rs 3600 sq.ft. The fair got good response from the buyers/investors who had the opportunity to choose from a wide variety segments, i.e affordable, high-end and luxury. Keeping in mind the buyer turnout, facility of pick and drop was also arranged from City Centre Metro Station, Noida. The starting price at the property show was Rs 7 lakh. The response at the Property Utsav has cemented our place in the real estate segment.
