Pst Corruption On Adding Contacts Using Mail Merge Feature

Delete corrupted user profile and create a new one. Attach the old PST to this profile.

If the problem continues, repair the corrupted PST using Outlook Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe)

Unfortunately Scanpst.exe doesn"t always solve the problem. It usually fails when there is high degree of corruption in Outlook .PST. In case, if Scanpst.exe fails to repair the corrupted file, you need to restore the file from either from last backup or through Outlook File Repair software., which is a third party tool.
