If you really want to talk Puerto Banus property you have to ignore Nueva Andalucia which in reality in Northern Puerto Banus i.e. it's the North side of the A7 and everything Southside including the port in Puerto Banus. So if you are really looking for Puerto Banus property for sale in Spain you would ideally need a budget in excess of 500,000. However if you have less you could always look at North Puerto Banus where you can still pick up a nice 2 bed apartment for around the 220,000 mark So what do you get for your money, well around 700,000 gets you an Apartment in the port or in Puerto Banus itself and also a very nice apartment close to the beach if you step up close to the Million bracket then you can look to buy frontline beach but if you want to be in one of the luxury developments such as Laguna Banus or Malibu you will need to go a lot higher. As for Beachside Villas and townhouses again this really depends on what you are looking for as you can buy a very nice Villa for around 2.5m but if you want beach front or close to beach front and luxury quality look to be spending in excess of 5 Million or so. So Puerto Banus does offer something different to the rest of the property sale Spain marketplace and if you decided to buy in Puerto Banus you would be making a very good decision.
