Pune Hyderabad Express No: 17013 departs from Pune at 2:15 pm and arrives at Hyderabad Decan by 4:30 am which takes a travel time of 14 hours and 15 minutes, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Ltt Vskp Sup Express No: 12750 departs from Pune at 3:35 pm and arrives at Secunderabad Junction by 2:00 am which takes a travel time of 10 hours and 25 minutes, on Thursdays and Sundays.

Many reputed companies have daily scheduled flights from Pune to Hyderabad. The flight charges from Pune to Hyderabad range from Rs. 4000 to Rs. 10,000. Flight journey though expensive when compared with other modes of transport is the fastest and the most convenient to travel from Pune to Hyderabad.
