Such companies use network marketing to promote and distribute their products. It has not been a smooth run for these companies with various accusations being levied at them. The sources of these accusations are people who were former members and who had some form of grudge or rival companies. Such false notions have definitely shaken the trust of the people in companies which actually execute their promises rather than some other companies which just preach empty words.

A popular false idea about multilevel marketing companies is the confusion with pyramid schemes which strive on hiring rather than any concrete form of selling. Companies that follow the ideals of multilevel marketing to the T, indulge in direct selling wherein the member promotes the product through word of mouth which is more effective than advertising and saves additional costs. It is a tricky business but values need to be followed to steer it clear from brewing trouble. Companies like Qnet have had their share of scams which has dented their popularity but there are a few loyalists who vouch for such companies.

Through their own novel way, such companies have made a significant contribution to the sinking economy, in times like these; they have been a ray of hope for the struggling common man trying to make ends meet. Competition is cut throat and rivals have adopted aggressive marketing techniques to cut down these companies which are setting some examples in the entrepreneurship world such as negative articles. Such companies are just not restricted to one country; they have reached out across the globe and made sure that they have left a mark. In foreign countries, such companies capitalize on the local market to leave a deeper impact. These companies have acted like means for people who have fulfilled their dreams by working in these companies and it is sad to see that the good work of these companies is being ignored and what is being given importance are the false accusations.
