Quick Muscle Building For Busy Executives

Busy executives always say that they don't have the time to build up muscles

. Well, you do need to set aside a bit of time for a workout, but it's not the two hours a day everyone is talking about. You could actually be easily practicing muscle building for executives in as little as 30 minutes a day - that's 15 minutes off your lunch hour and a 15-minute coffee break. No more excuses there.

You've just got to study a little basic physiology to make this work. There are certain ways to get yourself ripped in time for the summer if you follow a few simple rules.

First of all, you need to make progress in your training. That means you either increase the amount that you lift or increase the number of reps you make. If you're just starting out, then you're lucky. You can progress quickly and the results will also be more obvious quickly. If you're working out in the office, you obviously can't be clanking heavy weights in there. So, you need to increase your reps and you can do that by using resistance tubes and your own body weight. Second excuse down.

You should be concentrating when you're working out. Making the workout more intense by focusing on the muscle that you're doing reps on is one of the best ways to amp up your body. Don't zone out by putting your phone on speaker to chat at the same time as it consider as very bad habit while doing anything like doing exercise, or eating, or whatever. This is not the time to multi-task. Besides, what is your client going to think if he or she hears all that heavy breathing?


You need time to rest and recover if you want to bulk up. This is the best way to build muscles. Muscles only grow if they get to repair themselves with rest. So, you could concentrate on your upper body and arms one day and your legs the next, or do a total workout with a period of rest in between. Make sure to plan out your muscle building activities in a sequential manner and always be honest to your plans and schedules which will give you the honest results in return.

I think there are no more excuses not to get into shape, right? So just get on with that muscle building for the busy executive that you are!
