I'd like to start by telling that you should really be careful about what you're eating. The simple truth is that if you are eating more calories than you are burning you will not lose weight. But in addition to that there are some types of fat that are much harder for the body to burn so you should stay away from those. Finally you should know that sugar is your number 1 enemy. Eating sugar will cause the blood sugar levels to fluctuate. That will cause your body to focus on that problem and he will not burn fat while doing so.
Your Exercise.
I can't say it enough times; walk, walk, walk. Walking is so simple and just about anyone should be able to do it. It might not be the fastest fat burning exercise but if you walk for an hour you will burn approx. 300 calories. That's actually quite something. Let's do some simple math. There are 3500 calories in one pound of fat. So just by walking an hour a day for 12 days means you have burnt a pound of fat! How great is that. This means you can easily burn at least 2 pounds every month. If you jog, run, do weight or any other exercise you will burn even more.
