The series is used in grinding the non-flammable and non-explosive stuff which has the Mohs hardness below 7, humidity less than 6%, such as gypsum, talc, calcite, limestone, marble, feldspar, barite, dolomite, granite, kaolin, bentonite, bauxite, iron ore etc., the final products change from 613 micron to 44 micron. Through the function of separator and blower, it can meet different customers demand.

Structure of Raymond mill:

The whole plant is a vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area. From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system.

Working Principle of Raymond Mill:

First material should be crushed into the desired size by Jaw Crusher, and delivered to the Silo by Bucket Elevator. Our Designed Vibrating Feeder will feed the material into the grinding room. With the air current from the Air Blower, those powder conforms to the fineness degree will be blew into the cyclone collector and those powder that is not consistent with the desired size will return to the grinding room to be re-ground. The whole system is airtight circulation, and the circulatory flow under the negative pressure.
