It is your duty to correct these sorts of people if you come in contact with cyber bullies. Put to them their good qualities and how they can live a free life. That cyber bullying is illegal becomes your great hope.

Don't break that cord by revealing their inmost secrets to strangers. Make online friends wisely and after testing them on various grounds. Keep asking them preliminary questions. If they are fabricating their profile, they will give you doubtful answers after a while.

Don't post your mobile number and name of school/college on social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace. Don't insult your friends on these sites as this is visible to all visitors. In a nutshell, be wise while connecting with your friends.

Don't let Cyber bullies run your life, something they aspire to. Remember that you appreciate your parents and friends only after a long interaction in which they have rung true every time. You cannot place the same confidence into a stranger or a new friend.
