Navigating the menu of the iPhone is a breeze. You technically challenged grandmother could navigate the iPhone menu with ease. Everything is quick and easy to find and once you have found what you are looking for the applications are easy to use as well.

iPhoto

If you love to take photos on the go then the iPhone's built in camera will not disappoint. The quality is brilliant for its purpose of sharing images on social media pages or mmsing to your friends. Add to that the great video as well and you are a fully capable walking blog machine of visual information.

Internet Navigation

Using Safari or Opera on your iPhone gives you a real computer feel to navigating the internet. There is no "phone" feel to browsing the web that you find on other phone models and iPhone has made the controls for zooming in and out quick and easy to use so that if your eyes take strain on the small screen you can just zoom in for the bigger picture.

Google Maps

While we are chatting about the internet capabilities of the iPhone we may as well mention google maps GPS. You will basically never get lost using an iPhone and if you are not a google maps fan there are plenty of other programs that are compatible with the iPhone as a GPS navigation feature.

Music

Not only music but also audio books. The iPhone has a massive storage capacity (more if you purchase the higher end models) which means you can go on holiday fully stocked with music and audio books to your heart's content.

Touch Screen

The mulit-touch touch screen of the iPhone might have some people shaking their heads at first, declaring that nothing beats a good old button! But after using the iPhone for a while you will notice how natural the touch screen feels. The sensitivity is excellent compared to other touch screen phones and I have not heard a word of complaint about it.

Battery Life

With all the features the iPhone offers you would expect to be charging your phone constantly in order to be able to use them but that isn't the case.

8 hours talk time, 250 hours stand by time (that's around 10 days!!) 6 hours internet time, 7 hours video time, 24 hours audio playback. Those numbers are pretty decent!

I haven't even touched on the general features of the iPhone like email, mms and video voicemail which are all fantastically integrated in iPhone style. The general quality of the phone is outstanding and you won't go wrong using your next upgrade to get an iPhone.
