This where most people can go wrong with achieving their weight loss goals. In order to lose fat around your stomach area it is important to target that area when you exercise. It would make very much sense to do leg workouts when you are trying to tone your stomach now would it? The best way to incorporate this into to your regular daily routine is to do 50 sit ups and 50 push ups when you wake up in the morning and the same before you go to bed. If you start making this part of your daily routine you will definitely notice some significant weight loss.
