Some people can get quite confused and sidetracked as to knowing what are the best exercises to perform. Some people give up because of information overload. Sometimes it can be because you are just plain lazy. But now that your reading this. Im sure you are ready to start losing some weight. Now in order to start losing weight. You have to understand and remember that everything I tell you here is proven to work. If you do them correctly and consistently. You would be able to lose weight quite fast. Here is some the best exercises to perform. Again, remember that these work. So stick to them and you'll see a difference in your body. This first one is quite fun. There called "squats". Now what you do is you stand up straight, spread your feet to be parallel to your shoulders and put your arms out in front of you. Then you squat all the way down. Here's a hint you should remember. Try staying on heels when your going down. After that you just stand back up and repeat ten times. It looks easy but trust me it can get really tiring to do these. But that's why it works. It's quite a calorie burner. Another great type of exercise to perform is the "stand up lay down" exercise. So here's what you do. You lay down, (all the way down) stay down for 1 second, then you stand back up (wait till your standing all the way up) and jump as high as you can. Then, repeat. Do this ten times. This is also another calorie burner. This last exercise is also a great one. It's called the "prone plank". Now this is what you do. You get into the push up position. You know, on your toes and on your hands right. But instead of staying on your hands you stay on your elbows. Keep the elbow all the way to the hands flat on the floor. Stay there for ten seconds then your done. This all seems quite basic huh? But just do these one day. And you'll lose lots and lots of weight. Here is one last thing to remember. Do these everyday in reps. Here's what I mean. Start with the squats. Do these 10 times. When you finish up with the squats go straight away to the stand up lay down exercise. Do ten of these. Then right after go straight to the prone plank and stay there for 10 seconds. And right after that you can rest for maximum of one minute and get a drink of water. (remember to keep walking) then do these all over again. Also remember, your not allowed to take a break in between each exercise. Do this for 15 minutes everyday and you'll see a difference.
