Constipation, in simple words, is a condition which causes inability of passing of stool or a situation where the body finds difficult to pass them out of the body. Most times, this condition is not permanent and can be dealt with easily. Normally, improper and poor diet is the cause behind it. There are number of remedies for this symptom!

- Include enough of fiber rich food in your diet.


- give regular exercises to the body, with proper bowel movement

- avoid unwanted medications.

- avoid use of laxatives

- do not ignore the bowel movement urge.
