Healing Finger Technique: Using both the fingers of your hands rotate them placing them on your forehead, clockwise and anti clockwise for 20 seconds .Then repeat the same placing the fingers on the bridge between the nose and eyebrows for 20 seconds Follow the same procedure on closed eyes slowly and finally rubbing both the palms place them on your face for two to three seconds. beat stress and make u feel fresh. Nothing replaces sleep in re-energizing oneself. The most easy and uneconomical method to regain calmness of mind and peace.
