"You have committed a network crime!" is a new ransomware scam that infects your computer and bluntly asks you to make a payment in order to have it removed. This trojan is very aggressive, and it uses scare tactics to force you into paying the ransom. It disables you computer's defenses so that you do not remove it. Below are easy to follow "You have committed a network crime!" trojan removal steps.
"You have committed a network crime!" replaces your desktop with a warning message. The title of this message is "You have committed a network crime!". The body of the message read as follows:
"We have established that, while surfing the internet, you were watching materials with pornographic content (including homosexual content pornography), also you were downloading unlicensed software, movies and music".
"Found example on your personal computer will be serving as material evidence in a court".
"Such law infringements in your country are prosecuted by the law and involve administrative and criminal liability. You will be charged big amount of penalty or deprivation of liberty up to 5 years."
"This software is developed to fight cyber crime. After 24 hours of this installment, it will send all founded compromising evidence together with your personal details to a police department, and all content of your hard disk will be automatically blocked until your arrest."
Then the trojan directs you to make a toll phone call (a phone call that charges by the minute) in order to get your 'activation key'.

Shut down your computer.
While your computer is restarting, start tapping the F8 button on your keyboard. Keep tapping F8, about once evey second, until you get to a black dos screen.
Use your up/down arrow keys to select "Safe Mode with Networking".
Your computer will start in Safe Mode with Networking. Click on Ctrl+Alt+Delete to bring up Task Manager.
In Task Manager, click on Processes tab and look for a process called 'Internet-Explorer_update'. Right-click on it and choose Delete.
Search your computer for the file 'Internet-Explorer_update'. Once found, delete it.
