How to Recognize Them (Part 1 of 3)
Does happiness seem to elude you? Do you have bouts of depression and dont really understand why life keeps throwing you curve balls? Do you feel like your peace, joy, and inner essence have abandoned you?
Your emotions are indicators and messages from your Inner Guidance System. Your beingness is faithful in wanting to get your attention so that you can recognize patterns and lifestyles that are no longer serving you but keep popping up in your life and keeping you stuck.
At the point when the patterns became a part of you, most likely, you had an experience that was traumatic. At the very least the experience was perceived as being traumatic. And, when these emotions come into our lives the emotions believe they are protecting us from the perceived, or real, danger (i.e., the fight or flight syndrome).
However, as we grow spiritually and age chronologically, the emotion can become outdated and no longer serves us. But, unless we face the emotion and release it, then it just keeps coming back, albeit, in different circumstances but with the same outcome.
For example, do you find it difficult to have a loving relationship? Or, maybe you have trouble relaxing, strive to get pain release but cant accomplish it, have trouble balancing your life, cant seem to find the help you desire, or dont feel happy, healthy, or safe.
It is often difficult to recognize the core emotion because sometimes it reveals itself when we are in a different scenario. Thus, the emotion(s) may seem dissimilar when in actuality it is the same emotion disguising itself and we dont recognize it because of the different circumstances being in place.
If we stop and feel the emotion, we can sense that it is the same feeling from our past, but may be indistinguishable because the situation is not the exact same situation as our previous experience.
However, there really is good news in this. As stated above, your Inner Guidance System is attempting to get your attention by continuing to have the feelings resurface so you can be free from the life patterns and circumstances that are keeping you in the muck and the mire. And, there is a way for you to be free from said detrimental emotion(s) once and for all.
The first step is to recognize that you have a natural healing ability that will bring you the desired stress release, pain release, and personal transformation you desire. You are your own alternative healing master.
We are talking about an all natural therapy and a mind-body therapy that is innately within you. The key is to get in tune with your inner essence, ask for help from your Divinity to direct you to the core issue of the emotion, and then release and clear the emotion.
