Robert Breschard holds over thirty years of experience in commercial building management

in the New York metropolitan area and across the Northeastern U.S., including Boston, Philadelphia, Syracuse and Delaware. He is a successful professional and has been responsible for property/asset management, supervision of all property operations, oversight of a large portfolio of privately and institutionally held properties, administration and financial performance, construction/project management, as well as contract and lease negotiations. He also holds an extensive experience in managing individual properties and portfolios, supervising building operations, administration and financial performance, and also in managing construction and redevelopment projects.

Robert Breschard joined CBRE (formally ESG, Insignia/ESG) in 1995, as a Portfolio Manager, is at present serving the firm as a Director Asset Services. Before joining CBRE in 1995, Robert Breschard served as the Vice President, Senior Area Manager, at JMB Properties, for nine years. At the firm, he managed Class A commercial office buildings ranging from 100,000 square feet to 1.6 million square feet in size. Over the course of his career he has managed portfolios of up to 13 million square feet of institutionally and privately owned property for some of the reputed clients including the Canadian Imperial Bank; JPMorgan/Chase; Sony Corporation, Equitable Life, INVESCO, Marsh and McLennan, ING. Furthermore, Mr. Breschard has been designated as the Real Property Administrator (RPA) by BOMI. He has held numerous New York City licenses including a Refrigeration Operators License and a Fire Safety designation.
