you can look up your local construction crews and then check out these products so you can talk to them about affordable rates and products and choose which one is best for you. You can probably find a lot of these products at the local hardware store. I found a brand called Black Jack at the hardware store downtown. You may want some help with this, though. Especially if you've never done it before and don't know how.

There are a few different types of roofing sealants you can use to seal and waterproof your roof. There's multipurpose/roof sealants, concrete sealants and marine sealants. EPDM Coating is one of the best. There is liquid roof which is formulated for RVs and trailers and there's liquid rubber which is made for commercial homes. This EPDM is a liquid which means no seems and it is self adhering. You only need one coat. You don't need multiple coats, a primer or a top coat. It saves you money and gas because you have to buy and haul less of it. As soon as you apply this product it seals and waterproofs. It goes on any surface. As a liquid it can be molded and dried into any shape. EPDM is fast, cheap and unbeatable.

Flex Seal is a liquid rubber in an aerosol can. Very efficient and affordable. There's also elastic roof sealant that you can get in either one or five gallon buckets for cheap, Perma-Seal spray that comes in aerosol cans and "Through The Roof" dries on any surface wet or dry. Franklin has a variety of weather proof sealants. The elastic roof sealant is kind of heavy but it has a strong cement bond. It can be used for more than leaky roofs like pipes. The aerosol spray is also multipurpose use for patching and sealing but is instant and much lighter. You'd probably use this for smaller jobs. Titebond has sealant for metal roofs.

All of these products are made from various different materials and are available to buy and use. The kind of sealant you should use depends on the type of roof that you have. There are different sealants for different materials that roofs are made of such you may need a different material for a tin, aluminum,copper, lead, brick or stone roof vs a leak in the shingles and wood.
