Next because I dont recommend that you go up the ladder and inspect your roof for yourself especially if you are challenged by height you might want to get an unbiased opinion as to the quality of your roof and whether you need a replacement or just a repair. Leave that to a Leeds based professional. This might be an more expensive option but you will have peace of mind. There are more cost effective alternatives.
