Second is the corrugated metal material for roofs. Fifty years is the lifespan of this material when used in houses for roofing. Just make sure that you do some repainting every now and then for maintenance. This material is available in the form of metal sheets and can come in different colors or traditionally silver in color. You can request from your contractor to craft the material so that it will look like tiles.
