Mission of Wockhardt foundation mobile medical units is to provide free primary health care to the doorsteps of the rural & remote India through mobile health vans.
Wockhardt Foundation has entered into a strategic alliance to launch Mobile Health Reach, a healthcare programme in Mumbai. Flagging off the mobile healthcare unit launched the initiative in Mumbai.

Wockhardt Foundation through its Mobile Health Reach aims to provide free primary healthcare at the doorstep of the poor families in slum areas of urban India through a pan-India network of mobile healthcare units. Through its Mobile Health Reach healthcare outreach programme in Mumbai, Wockhardt Foundation aim to offer free primary healthcare aid to nearly 22,500 patients annually.
Report Generation
Report Generation: - The Mobile 1000 reports would be generated by the MIS software and be sent to the sponsor on a monthly basis. These reports can be presented in various visual formats.

Presently, 73 "Mobile 1000" Vans are operating across the Country.
As part of Wockhardt foundation mobile health van services, Wockhardt Foundations flagship initiative aims at administering free primary healthcare to 25 million Indians in rural areas through the operation of 1000 Mobile Health Vans by 2017. With over 73 vans across 9 states of India, the Mobile 1000 programme follows the ADC (Awareness, Diagnosis & Cure) strategy to improve the quality of health of rural Indians.
