Cabinet is double walled with inner chamber of stainless steel sheet of grade SS 304 and outer wall of heavy gauge PCRC steel sheet duly degreased and pre treated with primers for rudt proofing duly painted with attractive stove enemel.This cahmber has a IR Ni-Cr alloy high-speed heating electric heater .The output power of temperature & humidity control shall be calculated by micro computer to achieve electricity use benefits of high precision and high efficiency.

It adopts the water adding function activated in case of water shortage. It adopts temperature and humidity controller with digital display and touch keys and PID high-precision control function. The cooling group, CFC free, is oversized for maximum reliability. It is designed to condition the air circulating in the cabinet. Its generated by means of aerosol humidity genartor with efficent humidity controller.Humidity range is from ambient to 95%.

The temperature maintaining system adopts super-thin glass fibre filled temperature maintaining zone (linpin).The chamber door adopts refined silicone rubber seal. It adopts the water adding function activated in case of water shortage. It adopts temperature and humidity controller with digital display and touch keys and PID high-precision control function (linpin);Temperature sensor.

The controller is fitted with an easy to read user friendly graphical display that can be used either as an alpha-numeric display or as a graphical display of the testing parameters and can be further enhanced by connecting the controller to a remote PC via the RS422/Ethernet communications port and provides chamber programming and data logging on the PC via the APT-COM software package.
