Miscellaneous expenditures are a part of any business activity and so you need to make sure that you keep a separate section for mentioning the same for you to claim the reimbursement. This should be paired with dates in individual lines as mentioned above.

Add a tag depicting the grand total cost of the services offered at the very bottom portion of your legal document. Label it as "Total amount for the month or week" and do not forget to mention the currency! Mentioning the currency will help you in the long run. As stated earlier, you should enter as much information as you possibly can!

Moreover, you should mention the due or expiry date by which you wish the client or customer to make the payment. This is not necessary if both the parties have already decided upon a fixed term payment cycle. This ensures safety and peace of mind from both sides.
