When you are going about your normal routine and need to read a document, you will not have that much trouble because Samsung provides you with many options in the E770: PDF Viewer (pdf), Power Point (ppt), Excel (xls) and Document Viewer (doc). These will allow you to get through your daily online activities with ease.
Those who need to keep track of all those important appointments, meetings and engagements need not go crazy because there is an Organizer that is built into this mobile phone just as there is in just about every mobile phone that has been made in the past 5 years. Keeping track of everything that most of us have to do in an average day and week can really make you crazy even if you have an excellent calendar and Organizer.
In terms of making and receiving phone calls, you will be able to use a Bluetooth version1.2 with A2DP to be able to hear everything that is being said without having to hold the phone in your hands. There are three different types of Alert Sounds that tell you when you have an incoming call or message. The E770 is one that allows you to get up online and go from one place to the next online to do whatever you needed to get done.
The Samsung E770 does indeed have a Phonebook that can hold 1,000 names and phone numbers. When it comes to keeping track of the calls that you nave made, received and missed this little mobile phone will hold 30 of each of these (Missed, Received and Dialed Calls). This samsung clamshell phone comes with a internal memory of up to 80MB with an option to expand through a microSD card; which comes in handy for keeping track of all of the names, phone numbers, addresses, pictures and video clips.
Those that need to get online and check through those Text Messages and e-mails will not have that much trouble doing these things when you use the built-in WAP 2.0/xHTML browser and is ready for action as soon as you turn it on. The one thing that we can tell you is that the Samsung E770 does not have Wireless Local Access Network (WLAN) capabilities, nor is it able to connect to the 3G Network.
Samsung E770 sports a 1.3MP camera with LED falsh which may capture still images at 1280 x 1024 pixels. When you are taking pictures or videos with this camera you need not worry about not getting a good picture. The Video capabilities that the Samsung E770 has are not going to be equal to those that a professional videographer yet you will be able to capture those moments that you want to capture.
All of these functions are supported and powered by the 800 mAh Lithium-Ion battery that has become the standard in the past few years. This little battery will keep your Samsung E770 running for almost 200 hours when the phone is not in use and keep the phone powered for also 5.5 hours while you talk.
